Ten years building organic-growth programs for founders who refuse to pay agency theatre prices.
I started in 2014 as an SEO operator inside agencies that charged five figures a month for what amounted to spreadsheet hygiene. After a few years of watching founders pay for slides, I left and started taking clients directly. The Frugal SEO is what that practice has become.
Today I work with a deliberately small roster — six to ten founders at a time — across e-commerce, SaaS, and content. I write SOPs other consultants quietly use. I speak at conferences when the topic is worth the flight. I publish a fortnightly letter for operators who don't have time for industry noise.
// operating principles
- 01 Strategy fits on one page. If your roadmap needs forty slides, you don't have a roadmap.
- 02 A small roster is what lets me give every client a first-team answer.
- 03 I price so leaving is cheap and obvious. The longer you pay me, the more likely something is wrong.
- 04 AI is everywhere in the stack — but never on the call that matters.
