// pricing · honest signals

Pricing,
without theatre.

Starting figures for every service. Actual scope is always quoted after a 30-min discovery call — but you should know roughly what you're walking into before you fill in a form. Most consultancies hide this; I won't.

// start small

The cheapest way to start is a Strategy Session.

90 minutes, a one-page plan, and an honest answer about whether you need anything bigger. If you do, the session credits towards the next engagement.

// pricing faq

The pricing questions buyers actually ask.

01

Why publish pricing at all?

Because most SEO consultancies hide it specifically to waste your time on a sales call. If my starting numbers are wrong for your scope, you find out in 10 seconds instead of 40 minutes.

02

Are the "starting from" numbers realistic?

Yes — they're the lowest scope I can deliver well. Most engagements end up 1.2–2× the starting figure depending on stack complexity, content volume, and how international your operation is.

03

Do you offer free SEO audits or discovery calls?

I do a free 30-min discovery call to scope work; I don't do free audits. A real audit takes 30–40 hours of senior practitioner time and isn't a viable sales tool.

04

What's included in a retainer vs an ongoing consulting engagement?

Consulting = I advise, your team executes. Retainer = I take on operational ownership of a slice of the work and ship it myself. Retainers cost more because the surface area is bigger; consulting is the default for most clients.

05

Do you take equity instead of cash?

Occasionally, for early-stage companies whose category I'd want to advise in regardless. Mostly: no.

06

Can I get a quote without a call?

For fixed-fee audits (SEO Audit, AEO Audit, Schema project), yes — send the scope by email and you'll get a number within 24 hours. For ongoing engagements, a call is required because the scope determines the price.
